The Workshop Management Module has been designed to manage the workflow of vehicle maintenance/repair at workshops 

automatically, which would otherwise have to be performed manually. To fulfill the requirements of different clients, Workshop 

Management is integrated with Fleet Management Module to include Stores, Workshops, multiple/single Garage, proactive reporting 

and the ability to save and update reusable chunks of data like makes, models, workshop capacity and spare parts categories.

The Workshop Management Module works to accept the repair / maintenance cases from the Fleet Management Module. This is 

when the vehicle maintenance due alerts at the fleet management sub system; automatically the vehicle readiness would be 

altered into “In Maintenance” while the vehicle ID appears simultaneously at the work shop management records. Furthermore, 

when the vehicle is in need for repair by an accident or any other reason  and while the Fleet Operator/owner shifts the vehicle 

readiness into “In Repair” the vehicle ID appears simultaneously in the workshop management records.
